   1. Free shipping on purchases above INR 20,000.
   2. Shipping charges for orders below this amount will be displayed at checkout.

Order Processing & Dispatch

1. Orders are carefully packed and shipped through reputed courier partners.
2. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Delivery Timeline

1. Estimated delivery time within India is 4–7 working days.
2. Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Address & Delivery Responsibility

1. Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate address details, including contact number and pin code.
2. The Kanyas will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
3. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

International Shipping & Customs

1. International shipments may be subject to custom duties, taxes, or import charges as per the destination country's regulations.
2. Any such charges must be paid by the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Damaged Products During Delivery

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear images so we can assist you as per our Return & Refund Policy.
