Return & Refund Policy

At The Kanyas, all sales are considered final. Please review the product details carefully before placing an order.

Once you receive the parcel, please record a video while opening it. If the parcel is found to be damaged, our Return & Refund policy will apply.

  1. We do not accept returns or refunds once the product is delivered, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  2. Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with clear images or videos for verification.
  3. Requests raised after 24 hours will not be accepted.
  4. Approved returns must be shipped back by the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

  1. Customized, stitched, or made-to-order products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
  2. Products that show signs of use, alteration, washing, or damage after delivery will be rejected.

Refunds

  1. If a refund is approved, 20% of the order value will be deducted as platform, payment gateway, and handling charges.
  2. 80% of the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 working days after inspection.

Exchanges

  1. Exchanges are allowed only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products, subject to verification and availability.
  2. No exchanges are allowed for color, size, or design preferences.

Important Notes

  1. Minor variations in color, embroidery, fabric, or measurements are natural and do not qualify as defects.
  2. Slight embellishment loss is common in hand-worked garments and is not considered damage.
